Chilli Doll Clothing wants you to be happy with what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, we will gladly replace them, or give you a credit. No questions asked. Please see the returns and exchange policy below for further information.

Returns & Exchange Policy

*Please note: all returns, exchange or credit must be received by us within 2 weeks of the invoice date. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this time. This includes faulty items so please check all stock thoroughly upon receipt.

No returns on Sales items.

Reduced prices may be due to a slight flaw in the fabric.

Product should be returned to the address below for credit or replacement with a letter detailing the reason for return:

Goods will be sent via Australia Post. Postage will be added to your invoice at the time of shipping.
